摘要
As a platform to interact directly with users, the e-commerce site is in a key position in e-commerce environment. In order to achieve an objective evaluation of e-commerce sites, this paper uses real-time monitoring tools, and adopts factor analysis and cluster analysis the two methods to evaluate 20 domestic e-commerce sites. Based on the evaluating and analyzing results of the various e-commerce sites, the paper makes recommendations to improve the quality of e-commerce sites.
