Investigation and Analysis on the Health Preserving with Exercises of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Patients with Chronic Heart Failure

With the further increase of the degree of aging people and the change of human disease spectrum with social development in recent years, the prevalence and mortality of chronic heart failure have increased significantly, which has become a major threat to the health of the people. Traditional western medicine treatment and surgical treatment had a big risk of side effects. Therefore, the Chinese medicine health care became a new method for the treatment of patients with chronic heart failure. The existing methods and problems of traditional Chinese medicine health preservation as well as the theoretical basis for the treatment of chronic heart failure patients by traditional Chinese medicine were described in this paper. Through the investigation and analysis of the field population, the conclusion was obtained that the traditional Chinese medicine health care can play a certain role, but it also needed to be improved in the aspect of systematic science and extension.
