摘要
This review describes recent developments in the field of Pd-catalyzed sp(2) C-N bond formation that were reported in the primary literature between 2004 and 2008. These transformations have found widespread application in both academia and industry. A brief history of the field is presented, followed by recent improvements and extensions of the methodology. Applications of these transformations to the synthesis of useful compounds, including biologically active molecules, and materials, are described.
