摘要
Peptide azides can be transformed into the corresponding active esters with HOCt or HOAt, then reacted with another peptide segment to obtain the coupled product. Besides maintaining the advantages of the azide method, this transfer active ester condensation technique affords more efficient segment coupling. (C) 1998 Elsevier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
