摘要
Speaking is an important aspect in second language learning since language is mainly used for communication. However, many Chinese college students are less capable in this aspect. Based on constructivism, this paper researches the problems existing in college oral English teaching, analyzes the reasons of such problems and discusses the strategies of improving students' oral English ability.
