Observation of magnetic intermartensitic phase transition in off-stochiometric Ni-Mn-Ga single crystal

摘要
We report the temperature dependence of electrical resistivity and magnetization for the off-stochiometric Ni49Mn29Al22 single crystal. Resitivity data give the clear evidence of intermartensitic structural transformation at similar to 273 K, followed by a martensitic transformation at similar to 341 K. Intermartensitic phase transformation is also observed in the magnetization versus temperature data.
