摘要：

Today with the increasing aging population, social security spending has increased rapidly, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to estimate the total expenditure on social security expenditure's optimal proportion. The academic community has done a lot of explorations on financial expenditure and the proportion of the expenditure structure. This paper based on Barrow's text-based endogenous growth theory, by constructing an econometric model of the current economic conditions, has estimated the optimal proportion compared with the size of China's current actual expenditures and finally reached the intended conclusion.
