摘要
Anharmonicity in the soft-mode potential of quantum-paraelectric SrTiO3 thin films has been directly observed with strong terahertz wave generated from a LiNbO3 single crystal. Hardening of the soft-mode resonance has been detected. (C) 2009 Optical Society of America
