摘要
Supine position for percutaneous nephrolithotomy is becoming increasingly popular worldwide. For urologists not familiar with ultrasound guided access creation, puncture of the renal cavities under fluoroscopic control in supine position may be challenging in absence of well-known methodology. We describe a standardized and reproducible technique based on cephalad tilting of the C-arm during puncture of the targeted calyx.
