摘要
A series of poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid) (PLGA) was synthesized by bulk ring-opening copolymerization with different ratios of L-lactic acid (L-LA) to glycolic acid (GA); stannous octoate [Sn(Oct)2] was used as catalyst. The structures were characterized by FT-IR. The crystallinity and the glass-transition temperature (T-g) were studied by differential scanning calorimeter (DSC). T-g decreased with the increase of GA and the rate of degradation and degree of hydrophilicity increased with the increased content of GA.
