摘要：

This contribution is about the measurement of success in knowledge management with the method of the balanced scorecard. In part 1 the paper explains and compares different methods of measurement in the field of knowledge measurement. It is going to be verified how the balanced scorecard could be used and organised. In this connection the representation of the classical scorecard perspectives is explained. Further, an outlook of the knowledge perspectives is given, followed by an explanation of the creation process of the balanced scorecard and the developing of measurements in part 2. The influence of the scorecard for organisational learning is presented as well. In the end, software is presented supporting the concept of the balanced scorecard.
