Hormonal balance in the wheat sprouts infected Tilletia caries

摘要
The content of phytohormones IAA, ABA, cytokinins and their balance have been determined in seedlings of two wheat species that differ in resistance to bunt fungus Tilletia caries (DC.) Tull. IAA/ABA balance was increased in susceptible wheat Triticum aestivum L. (variety Zhnitsa) during pathogenesis. These changes were related to both accumulation of IAA in the opening period of infection and increasing of ABA content in the next period of plant-fungus interaction. In resistant plants T. timopheevii Zhuk. (kappa-58666) levels of IAA and ABA were decreased, but cytokinins content was increased.
