摘要
In this paper, the dependent of rubber wear performance on load, slip angle, and rotating speed was studied by means of wear tester. It is a power function relationship between wear and load. There are two different function relationships between wear and slip angle: at the small slip angles, a power function relationship exists between wear and slip angle. At large slip angles, an exponential function relationship exists between wear and slip angle. It indicates that wear has a strong dependence on the slip angle. The effect of speed on wear is related to temperature. Wear decreases with the rotating speed at small slip angles, and increases with the speed at large angles. The sensitivity of wear to the rotating speed is related to the loss factor of rubber, and the higher the loss factor, the greater the influence of rotating speed on wear.
