摘要
The management of subarachoid haemorrhage is very difficult because many pathogenetic factors are involved. In this paper, the Authors evidence that the familiarity with pathophysiological, diagnostic, and therapeutic issues is important for improving the outcome of the patients. Especially, they analyse the consequences of increased intracranial pressure, which causes the secondary cerebral damage, through the riduction of cerebral blood flow.
