Successful radiofrequency catheter ablation in a patient with symptomatic hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy

摘要：
We report a case of a 29-year-old male presenting with symptomatic hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy (HOCM). The symptoms continued despite optimized medical therapy. After an in-depth discussion with both the patient and the family, we proceeded with radiofrequency catheter ablation (RFCA), which was successful in both reducing his LVOT gradient and his symptoms.
