Research on Administrative Decision-making Ways in Terms of the Intellectual Property Policy-making by Chinese Government

The world is focused on the national science and technology to maximize the protection of intellectual property. When Chinese government knows the situation, it has not only gradually increased knowledge on patent protection, but also adopted various policies to encourage enterprise to develop patents. But a correct decision-making approach can ensure implementation of policies to get positive results. This article explores ways of administrative decision-making which should be taken in China by researching intellectual property policy-making.
