摘要
The article considers the issue about connection and impact on the process of learning of the Latvian Sign Language of reading and speaking concerning the children with hearing impairment within the process of learning. The issue is not widely investigated in Latvia. The stages of reading and writing processes as well as their realization performed by the children with hearing impairment were investigated in the article. The issue presents attempts to find any connections between the sign language and writing visualization A short medical description about perception, eyesight and movement localization in brains including neuropsychological is presented.
