We report high-performance magneto-optical isolators and circulators on silicon nitride platforms for TM (TE) polarizations showing 32 dB(30 dB) isolation ratio, 2.3 dB(3 dB) insertion loss and -32 dB(-30 dB) minimum crosstalk. (C) 2020 The Author(s)
