摘要
Serious studies in the field of nanotechnology, especially the preparation of metal oxide nanoparticles with specific morphology and size, have led to the production of new antibacterial agents. Therefore, nanoparticles have been considered in various fields, including biomedicine, due to their special properties. In the present work, exposure of nanoporous ZIF-8 to the Cu(NO3)(2)center dot 3H(2)O solution resulted in the formation of the inclusion compound [Cu(NO3)(2)center dot 3H(2)O](0.142)@ZIF-8 and in the next stage, the product was calcined at 310 degrees C to produce [CuO](0.102)@ZIF-8. The obtained nanomaterials were characterized by PXRD, FT-IR, FE-SEM, TEM, TGA, BET, ICP and were used to evaluate their antibacterial activity against both Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria.
