摘要
The cutter suction dredger is affected by complex working conditions during operation, and it is difficult to ensure a stable output of mud concentration. This paper builds a linear regression model of the dredging process of the dredger based on the actual ship data. Then the model is applied to the design of the predictive controller for subspace identification. In addition, before the predictive controller working, a fuzzy controller is designed to control the step length of the cutter suction dredger. Under the condition that the control quantity is restricted, the simulation results show that under appropriate parameters, the mud concentration can quickly stabilize to the set target concentration. Thus, the stable output of mud concentration is ensured, and the goal of improving the operating efficiency of the dredger is achieved.
