摘要
We demonstrate highly efficient and tunable wavelength conversion of 40-Gbps NRZ signals employing the cascade of sum frequency mixing and difference frequency mixing in a 50-mm-long quasi-phase matched lithium niobate waveguide. The result suggests possibility of selective and tunable wavelength conversion of 40-Gbps DWDM channels.
