Experimental research on burning characteristics of combustible materials in coal mine

摘要
The basic principle of the cone calorimeter Ad testing method were introduced in this paper. The experimental research was carried out on the burning characteristics of four kinds of material (PVG fire-retardant conveyor belt, nylon conveyor belt, pinus tabulaeformis and coal) in the colliery and the burning characteristic parameters of these materials were obtained. The experimental results show that, of four ways (the amount of CO produced, heat released, smog produced and effect of smog), in case of fire disaster, the nylon conveyer belt is the most dangerous and the timber is the least. However, the concentration of CO released by the burning PVG fire-retardant conveyor belt is higher than that of any other materials. Under the given experiment conditions, the flame resistance of the coal is slightly lower, the difference of flame resistance among the other three materials is not obvious.
