摘要
With the rapid development of new technology as to big data, cloud computing, Internet t imes which lead social progress, make the person's subjective initiative and creativity become more and more important for modern organizational goals. Emotion, psychological and organizational beh avior factor is endogenous, persistence and stability in individual initiative, comprehensive and in-d epth development in the field of research, the research into the human resource management and dev elopment, has important theoretical value and practical significance. In this paper, the principle and trend of organizational behavior based on the latest research, highlighting the times, strengthen the s cientifics, practicality. The methods of human resource development conduct a comprehensive study on the system, has strong theoretical and practical application value.
