摘要
There is an increase in demand for industrial systems to be more competitive to expand their product reach and streamline their supply chain processes. The vision of sustainable supply chain is becoming reality as rapid advancements are happening in digital technologies. With the emerging fourth industrial revolution industry 4.0, the supply chain environment is compactly interconnected with the devices, equipment, and human that allows accessing and analyzing the real-time information. Based on the literature survey, a framework model with main perspectives and performance factors are developed to assess the sustainability of an automotive organization. Importance of performance factors and their relations are analyzed through DEMATEL technique. The result shows that Internet of Things and environment-friendly practices are the two major influential performance factors in order to become a more sustainable organization to meet industry 4.0 requirements.
