摘要
+276G > T polymorphism in the adiponectine gene (APM1) was studied in 103 samples obtained from donors in the Kharkiv population (men/women: 64/38; 70 Ukrainian, 33 Russian). The T- and G-allele frequencies did not significantly differ between either men and women or between Russians and Ukrainians and comprised p(T) = 0.55 and p(G) = 0.45 in the general group. The genotype distribution deviated from the Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium: the heterozygote frequency was 1.55 times higher compared to the selectively neutral value, while the TT- and GG- homozygote frequencies were 0.55 and 0.33 of the equilibrium value, respectively.
