摘要
The compounds labelled with carbon 14, tritium, sulphur 35 (beta(-) emitters) or iodine 125 (electron capture) have been used with success in the development of biology for the last fifty years. Their use has been developed in all the fields of life sciences. Each isotope has its own specifications, both for the syntheses and the utilizations. The technology used is specific, the raw materials are mineral for those isotopes, the radioprotection for those syntheses and the management of the radioactive wastes are essential. These different aspects are making radioactive labelling particular from a chemical point of view.
