摘要
Recently, we proposed a three-dimensional cube representation of RNA secondary structure. An efficient method for mutation analysis has been proposed based on the introduced representation. According to the proposed three-dimensional cube representations, we will introduce an extended binary coding method for RNA secondary structure alignment by converting the structure alignment to sequence alignment.
