摘要
The main heavy metal in electroplating wastewater of a electroplating factory was cadmium, its concentration was 26 mg.L-1. The adsorption regular of cadmium in the wastewater was studied by using gordona amarae as adsorbent. Experimental results showed that adsorption rate of cadmium was above 92% on conditions with cadmium concentration in cadmium - containing electroplating wastewater being about 26 mg.L-1, pH of 6.0, the bacteria with the biomass of gordona amarae 30 g.L-1 (wet weight)at room temperature of 28 degrees C, the stirring speed of 800 r/min, for 10 min; The adsorption rate of cadmium was above 94% when temperature was 43.5 degrees C and the other conditions were not changed. The concentration of cadmium in wastewater could reach domestic draining standard after three-step treatment. The adsorption mechanism of gordona amarae to cadmium was analyzed by the infrared spectroscopy analysis of the cells. The results show that chemistry chelating is main adsorption form, hydrogen bonding and Verdermone force all joined cooperatively in the adsorption.
