摘要
The basic aim of this research study is to measure the development of wearable technology related to monitoring mental health. This research study is based on the primary research data analysis related to wearable technology and monitoring mental health. For determining the research study collected, data from different participants related to the variables. According to the research study, wearable technology is the main independent variable, and monitoring mental health is the dependent variable. For measuring the research study, I used SPSS software and run creative numerical results related to the dependent and independent. The descriptive statistic, correlation coefficients, one-way ANOVA test analysis, histogram analysis, and paired sample statistic analysis related to the variables. The overall result found that wearable technology presents a positive and significant link with monitoring mental health.
