摘要
The steady-state kinetics of hydrogen peroxide cooxidation of ascorbic acid and potassium ferrocyanide catalyzed by horseradish peroxidase was studied. The values of k(cat) and K-m were determined at pH 5-7. In the cooxidation of ascorbic acid and potassium ferrocyanide, the peroxidase oxidation of ferrocyanide is inhibited by ascorbic acid, whereas ferrocyanide itself activates the oxidation of ascorbic acid. The kinetic scheme of the reaction was suggested.
