摘要：

With the SNS global pandemic, students generally begin to appeared SNS addiction problems. In the background of depth study of the academic, But the problems have not been studied deeply by the academic circles, we systematically analyze the current status of university students and the specific performance of SNS addiction, find the subjective and objective reasons of addiction College students. Based on the relevant experiences and lessons at home and abroad, we suggest some countermeasures to students who are addicted.
