摘要
The paper briefly elaborates the basic principle and method of wavelet and wavelet packet analysis, and on this basic introduces the general method steps of making a de-noising for signal by using of wavelet packet method. The designed computer simulation is made, and for an EEG test signal including random noising, the effects of wavelet and wavelet packet de-noising are compared by waveform and specific quantization values and by using all kinds of common wavelet basics. Results show that, both wavelet and wavelet packet methods can effectively eliminate the noising in signal, while method of wavelet packet de-noising has more superiority.
