摘要：

The aim of this work is to develop a method to produce [F-18] GE-180 on a Neptis Perform Synthesizer (R) module with high radiochemical yield, purity and reproducibility. Herein is described the labelling, HPLC purification and final product formulation. Decay corrected yields of 45 +/- 5% (n=20) were achieved after a 60 minute synthesis. Radiochemical purity was >95% and all other quality control parameters were within specifications.
