摘要
This paper aims to present the idea of post-repair intensive inspection by an expert. On the failure of a system, two independent opinions are taken to get the cause of failure. If the two opinions are contradictory, the system is undertaken by an expert for inspection and repair. If the two opinions are in accordance, the system is observed. If the diagnosis was still improper even after the same two opinions, the system is undertaken by the expert. Then, the system is again put under observation, and if any fault occurs during the observation period, then an intensive inspection (post-repair) is carried out by an expert. It is assumed that after this post repair intensive inspection, the cause of failure is diagnosed ideally. All the time distributions are arbitrary. Various measures and profit functions have been obtained using Markov and regenerative is also done.
