摘要
The chemical composition variants of hydrosols from dried flowers of lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) were compared. Organic compounds were isolated from hydrosols by dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction (DLLME). The optimum DLLME conditions (20 mu L) of chlorobenzene, 0.50 mL of acetonitrile, sonication at 50 degrees C for 10 min) were determined using the Taguchi method. Major compounds are: linalool (25.7-44.9 %), borneol 4.0-6.6 %), alpha-terpineol (4.1-8.5 %), terpinen-4-ol (3.7-5.4 %) and 1,8-cineol (2.0-4.4 %). The dominant group of chemical compounds are oxygenated monoterpene hydrocarbons (47.6-84.5 %), mainly monoterpene alcohols (40.0-72.5 %). DLLME combined with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry enables qualitative and quantitative determination of the composition of the studied hydrosol variants, reducing the use of solvents and making the analysis less time-consuming and labor-intensive.
