摘要
In the nature (world) there are many self-excited vibration phenomena, for example: the trees will oscillate when wind blows, many music instrument are self-excited vibrating, for example the violin. Our human body is self-excited vibrating. Social and political activities, economy, production activities could mostly be explained as self-excited vibration. The relation between positive and negative energies and influence on the self-excited vibration. The practical examples: self-excited vibration in production, rural area production reform in China, 40 years reform and opening-up in China, relationship between market and government, socialist core values. conclusions In order to establish and develop a social and productive system: positive energy must exceed negative energy.
