摘要
Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP), a qualitative and quantitative method for multi target decision, was first brought up by T.L.Saaty in 1970S. By using AHP, we present an analysis of the situation for forest resources management in Jiangxi Province, construct an analytic hierarchy model, analyze an innovation of forest resources management system, in order to provide a theoretical basis and Suggestions. The results demonstrate that the first step for innovation of forest resources management system is innovation of economic system for forest resources management, second step is Setting Lip a social Management system for forest resources, followed by innovation administrative system of forest resources.
