摘要
What inspires managers, working under top managers, to share their knowledge within their organization? The authors have conducted an empirical survey in Hungary which intends to answer this question. A questionnaire, which was based on their model, was used to conduct the survey According to their model one of the influencing factors of knowledge sharing was revealed to be organizational culture. This paper makes an attempt to compare the organizational culture of the investigated Hungarian managers' organizations taking into consideration the organizations' activity and to compare the type of knowledge sharing generated at the dominant culture types of the investigated organizations.
