摘要
The High-tech Small and Mid-sized enterprises (SMEs) are apt to confront with risks externally and internally, identifying and preventing risks is of great importance for the High-tech SMEs, especially in their initial period in its survival and sustainment. This paper explores the factors of risks in the aspects of market analysis, capital, internal management, market operation as well as technology innovation, Intellectual property. It also provides some preventive measures reflected in market, financing and managing and preparatory strategies to handle with risks. Meanwhile it points out that SMEs should learn to change risks into chances for further development.
