This paper explores the factors of risks in the aspects of market analysis, capital, internal management, market operation as well as technology innovation, Intellectual property. It also provides some preventive measures reflected in market, financing and managing and preparatory strategies to handle with risks. Meanwhile it points out that SMEs should learn to change risks into chances for further development.
