摘要：
The cysteinyl leukotriene (CysLT) receptors are putative 7 transmembrane spanning G protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs) of the rhodopsin subfamily of GPCRs. Two human and mouse CysLT receptors have been molecularly cloned and characterized. The properties of these receptors agrees well with previous pharmacological CysLT agonist and antagonist characterizations of the CysLT receptors. (C) 2003 Elsevier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
