摘要
In the title compound, [CO(C5H6N2)(H2O)(5)]SO4, each Co-II ion is coordinated by one N atom from a 1-vinyl-1H-imidazole ligand and five water molecules in a distorted octahedral geometry. In the crystal structure, the cations and anions are linked by O-H center dot center dot center dot O hydrogen bonds into two-dimensional layers parallel to the ab plane, with the 1-vinyl-1H-imidazole ligands protruding.
