摘要
This study focuses on the place of civil disobedience in the political thought of Hannah Arendt, on the basis of the books Vita activa, On revolution, On Violence and the essay "Civil Disobedience". The themes of power, language, promise, contract and founding, which are assumed by her reflections on civil disobedience, are interpreted in their mutual relatedness. In the concluding part, there is a discussion of Arendt's assumption that civil disobedience is not moral, but civil conduct, with attention being given to such cases as squatting and whistleblowing.
