摘要
This paper is dedicated to the problem of optimal management of the energy flows within a multi-source system of electricity production. The considered hybrid grid is (see Fig.1) established of a photovoltaic system, a device of energy storage system, a gas turbine and a main grid (bidirectional). The proposed algorithm for the management of the power flow consists in optimizing a multi-objective cost function, taking into account the production cost, the cost of sale, the CO2 emission penalty, the state of charge and wear of the battery, the forecasts of the consumption as well as weather conditions. The objective of the proposed management consists in: (i) reducing the energy bill by determining the optimal power reference concerning every source associated with the micro grid; (ii) managing the energy storage system by taking into account various constraints; (iii) optimizing the emission of the CO2 by the gas turbine; (iv) optimizing the appeal to the main distribution grid and hence to guarantee a big autonomy. The model of the proposed management energy system is formulated by using the algorithm of Bellman (dynamic programming) His efficiency is highlighted through various simulations which will be presented and discussed in this paper.
