摘要
The micro structure functional surface has many excellent properties, and its demand is more and more extensive. Single point diamond fly cutting is one of the main methods for micro structural functional surfaces. In this paper a diamond fly cutting method based on tool path generation is presented, which included tool radius compensation and surface topography simulition. Surface topography was simulated with different feed speed and spindle speed, and the residual height was calculated.
