摘要
This experiment was conducted with 288 day-old broiler chicks strain Ross (308). These chicks were randomly grouped into eight treatments with three replication and each of twelve chicks the treatment groups. Treatments were as follow: control group (without soybean oil), soybean oil group in starter period, soybean oil group in grower period, soybean oil group in finisher period, soybean oil group in starter + grower periods, soybean oil group in starter + finisher periods, soybean oil group in grower + finisher periods and soybean oil group in all periods. According to the results, the body weight among different treatments was significant (P < 0.05). The final weight obtained from soybean oil treatment in total periods. Feed conversion had significant difference in among treatments, as best feed conversion belonged to oil in total period and grower + finisher period. The highest production index was observed in oil treatment in total period. The maximum carcass percentage was obtained in oil treatment in starter period that oil treatment in total period was no significant with other treatments (P > 0.05). The abdominal fat percentage among treatments there was no significant difference (P > 0.05). The serum total cholesterol, triglycerides and high density lipoprotein (HDL) level were significant between treatments and starter + grower period had the highest among treatments. However low density lipoprotein (LDL) was not significant among treatments (P < 0.05). Finally, it is suggested that soybean oil could be included in broiler diet after 11 days of age.
