摘要：
The paper presents results of researchers on obtaining and structure of high temperature resistance coatings on superalloys. The coatings were deposited on nickel and nickel base superalloys in two stages. During the first stage the NiCr coatings were obtained by Arc-PVD method. Basic technology parameters of NiCr coatings deposition such as bias, are current and rotation were defined. The high efficiency of deposition from both one and two sources was observed. The targets were made by vacuum melting and machining. The second stage was made by pack cementation HTLA (high temperature low activity) during 1323 K chromoaluminizing process. The application of both Arc-PVD and diffusion pack cementation processes permitted to obtain MeCrAl coatings.
