摘要：

To address the current lack of an effective performance assessment standard for recreational sports club instructors, this paper has established a preliminary set of performance indicators by conducting focus group interviews of recreational sports club managers and selecting targets using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) standardized vectors method. On this basis, questionnaires were designed and distributed, and a model of performance assessment were established and tested. The results show that the performance of recreational sports club instructors is composed of three elements of performance: task, effect, and service.
