摘要
MicroRNAs is the one of kind of non-coding RNA which control gene expression. Nowadays, many of Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) use microRNAs sequence as based of medical treatment research. MicroRNAs have emerged and are considered as potential targets for cancer prevention and therapy. It plays role in involving in drug functions by changing expression level of specific genes. This research composing two steps; firstly, microRNA-target genes of various cancers were identified by K-Mean approach. Then, cancer protein -target drugs were discovered through protein-protein interaction clusters using ClusterONE algorithm method. The ultimate goal of this work is to identify effective and safe drugs for cancer patient based on microRNA expression for selecting vulnerable targets and addressing innovative therapies for cancers.
