Experimental study of identification of RCS structure: using pseudo-dynamic testing data

摘要
Structural system identification and damage evaluation techniques were applied to a set of pseudo-dynamic test data of a full-scale 3-story RCS frame. The total test consists of four excitations in the following order: 1) 50% in 50year, 2) 10% in 50year, 3) 2% in 50year, and 4) 10% in 50year, with four different ground motion intensity levels. The system realization using both information matrix and the principal component analysis method are selected to identify the dynamic characteristics of the structure. Finally damage identification algorithm is employed to determine the damage situation.
